SpectraLayers Pro: top features at a glance

• Selection and editing tools. Select audio by time and frequency, make selections with brushes and lassos, delete content with a programmable eraser tool, automatically select harmonics in user-defined orders, brush content out of one layer and into another, apply clones, and more. Once selected, the target audio can be processed on the timeline, extracted to new layers, transferred to existing layers, or deleted entirely. Create workflows in which absolutely no content is ever lost, ensuring the most phase coherent end results possible.
• AI-assisted processes. SpectraLayers uses the most contemporary deep learning algorithms, bundled in Modules that can be flexibly deployed in the application. Trained on tens of thousands of real-world samples, these processes can identify and extract speech (including overlapping speakers on the same layer), musical instruments (up to seven), and noise (noise can even be isolated on its own layer in some cases), in a wide variety of contexts. Once isolated, the content becomes available both within and outside the application.
• Other processes. New and legacy processes can analyze, modify, and even generate content in a myriad of ways, based on the nature of the content itself (traditional noiseprint-based noise reduction, event detection, source/destination layer modulation), ambiences (reverb reduction, reverb and ambience matching), phase (in particular, spectral M/S decoding, which can deliver full stereo side layers), and more.
• Batch Processing. All processes can be chained, and the chains can be employed in batch processing operations. During batch processing, new process-generated layers get deposited into their own dedicated folders.
• Utilities. SpectraLayers Pro features VST3 plug-in processing that can be inserted anywhere in a process chain, even during batch conversions. Enjoy spectral noise, frequency, and transient generators, selection-based gain, normalize, and reverse operations, perform channel remixing, generate and export speech transcriptions in a variety of text formats, and more.
