Avid now offers a simple and straightforward subscription-based eLearning platform for training our enterprise customers. Avid Learning Central (ALC) for Enterprise is available in three different cost-effective subscription offerings, accessible by their specific portal type:

Avid Learning Central Enterprise

Enterprise Portal

A dedicated and customer-branded portal with extensive features, including group assignment of learners, workflow- and role-based learning, automatic course enrollment and hosting custom content. Intended for dozens or 100s of learners.
Avid Learning Central Enterprise

Site Portal

Provides a similar user experience to the Enterprise Portal. Learning managers are enabled to administer across a single group of learners with manual or self-defined course enrollments. Intended for small teams with up to 100 users.
Avid Learning Central Enterprise

Individual

The Enterprise individual subscription option provides a self-directed and self-paced Avid eLearning portal experience for single learners. Intended for single departments with up to 10 learners.

Avid Learning Central Enterprise

In the Avid Learning Central Enterprise and Site portal offerings, customer-based Learning Managers are empowered to manage user memberships, enroll learners in courses, and generate reports. Group management is a powerful tool within the Enterprise Portal to flexibly assign users based on common departments, productions, functions, and roles. The Enterprise portal provides additional features, including automatic role-based enrollment, custom learning paths, and can be supplemented with additional value-added custom content development and workflow consulting from Avid’s Professional Services organization.
